She was born Jan. 5, 1941, in Rutland, the daughter of Floyd and Elizabeth (Mathias) Persons.

Survivors include her husband, Stratton N. Anagnos of Rutland; two sons, Nicholas Anagnos and David Anagnos, both of Rutland; a sister, Debra Williams of Wells; and two grandsons.
