Glenn was born March 29, 1927, in East Liverpool to John and Mary (Mays) Creamer. He retired from T&W Steel in Alliance and was a U.S. Army veteran. He was a member of the VFW in Sebring.
Surviving are two daughters, Cheryl Gandee of Florida and Kimberly Coldwell of Ravenna; two sons, Mark Creamer of Alliance and Jeffrey Creamer of Canton; one brother, Earl Creamer of East Liverpool; five stepchildren, Gerald Greene, Ginger Gautz, Judith Snyder, Norma Aberegg and Cherie Holly; nine grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Elaine Creamer; one son, Glen Allen; five sisters; and four brothers.
Burial will be in Highland Memorial Park, Beloit.
