George W. Alford, 96, retired farmer, died Tuesday, Oct. 30, 1990. Service 2 p.m. Friday, Leanna Cemetery.

Survivors: wife, Mary; daughters, Fern Tolbert of Del Norte, Colo., Dorothy Littleton of Chanute; brother, Henry of Chanute; one stepgranddaughter.

Memorial has been established with Leanna Christian Church. Johnson Mortuary.
