Alexander Adams and his family came to Pratt County some time before 1910. He worked as a laborer for the Street Department. His wife Ruth, daughters Lottie and Elsie and sons Alexander and Fred were also born in Missouri. Three of his children, Alexander (1915), Elsie (1918) and Lotte (1917), preceded him in death. Only his son Fred and his wife Ruth survived him.
