He was a member of St. Mark United Methodist Church where he was a member of the Open Door Sunday School Class. Ernie worked in the oil industry for 25 years. He was an inventor and executor for Tioga Air and Heaters, Inc.
He is preceded in death by his parents; his loving wife of 62 years, Sadie Delores Muckelrath; sisters, Carrie Bell M. Brashier, Agnes M. Terry, Genevieve M. Ward, Cleo M. Young, Bonnie Goza; and brothers, M.J. Muckelrath and Bill Muckelrath of Springfield, MO.
Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, May 6, 2013, at St. Mark United Methodist Church with Rev. Mike Proctor officiating. Burial will follow at Arlington Memorial Park under the direction of Young's Funeral Directors.
