Mrs. Elizabeth Walters Foster, widow of the late Leonard Foster, died at her home, 29 Carhart avenue Johnson City, yesterday afternoon, She is survived by her brother. H. D. Walters Squires of this city; one daughter Mrs. Adelbert Livermore of Newark Valley ; two sons. W. R. Foster of Johnson City and First Lieutenant H. E. Foster of Fort Benjamin Harrison , lnd. The funeral will be held at the home tomorrow afternoon at 3 o'clock. Rev. W A Eisenhart will officiate. Burial will be Owego.
