Born on April 15, 1883 at Glasgow, Mr. Grady lived in Moberly for 60 years. He was a retired painter and a member of the First Baptist Church. He also belonged to Painters' Local 656 and the Royal Order of Moose. He was married in 1907 to Miss Grace Woodington, who died in 1941.
Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Harold Morrison of Dallas, Texas; one granddaughter, Miss Cheryl Morrison of Dallas, Texas; two brothers, Earl and Aaron Grady of Sedalia; one sister, Mrs. Pearl Wilson of Kansas City; and a sister-in-law, Mrs. Park Oxley of Moberly.
The body is at the Million and Greer Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 o'clock Monday morning in the chapel by Dr. Joseph P. Grant, pastor of the First Baptist Church. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery." Moberly Monitor-Index, March 21, 1964
