James Finley Albin was born in 1821, near Pleasant City, Morgan Co., Ohio, the son of William and Nancy Clark Albin. James married Julia Ann Cramblit March 8, 1849 in Guernsey Co., Ohio. He died April 12, 1895 in Harrison Twp., Ross Co., Ohio and was laid to rest in the Mt. Carmel Cemetery. Julia Ann lived until August 5, 1926 and was buried beside her husband, although she married a second time to Joseph James Galbreath November 18, 1897. He died in 1905.
