Clarence Franklin Webb, 70 of 423 N. 12th St., Murphysboro. died Tuesday at the Jackson County Nursing Home after an illness of five weeks.

He was bom Dec. 30, 1901 in Franklin County the son of William and Lucy Wilkey Webb. He was married to Anna Icenogle on June 23, 1929, in Jonesboro.

Mr. Webb was a member of the First Pentecostal Church of Murphysboro. He was a maintenance man for Wides Oil Co. in Murphysboro.

Survivors Include his wife; a sister, Mrs. Pearl Icenogle of Murphysbaro; brothers, Omer of Murphysboro, Wilson of Percy, and Charles of Biggsville; stepsons, Charles, Clarence, and Herman Icenogle, all of Murphysboro; two grandsons whom they reared, Mike and Denny Webb, both of Murphysboro; ...
