TAYLORVILLE - Dale R. Derringer, 86, of Taylorville died Sunday, May 15, 2005, at his home.
He was born Aug. 7, 1918, in Taylorville, the son of John and Georgia Cook Derringer. He married Henrietta O. Keller in 1942 in St. Charles, Mo.; she died in 2004. A son, David Derringer, also preceded him in death.
Mr. Derringer worked in the body shop at Trinity Motors in Taylorville.
Survivor: a granddaughter.
Graveside services: 2 p.m. today, Oak Hill Cemetery, Taylorville, the Rev. Bob Spurgin officiating.
