Wilbur H. Blouch, 85, of Harrisburg, died Tuesday, April 12, 2005, in the Harrisburg Hospital. He was the husband of the late Katherine Schubkegel Blouch, who died in 1989. Born in Lebanon on Feb. 3, 1920, he was the son of the late Charles R. and Salone Rhine Van Winkle Blouch. He was a World War II U.S. Army veteran in the European Theater, and he was employed for more than 30 years by Bethlehem Steel Corp. as a metallurgist. He was a member of the Lutheran Church of Our Saviour, Susquehanna Township, and Linglestown American Legion and a lifetime member of the Marysville Moose Lodge. He is survived by daughter Bernidette Towsen of Harrisburg; two grandsons; two great-granddaughters; brother Alfred Blouch, Lebanon; sister Marion Blouch, Lebanon; and several nieces and nephews. His funeral was held on Saturday, April 16, 2005, in the Neill Funeral Home, Harrisburg. The Rev. John Lamb officiated.
