Rev. John Wesley McPike was a well known Baptist minister in central Arkansas.

Some say he died in 1911 according to Civil War Records. Since we do not know which is correct we choose to go with the marker.

John Wesley McPike is my paternal gr gr grandfather, and I would love for you to put in the Bio, (if you won't change the dates in death fields), to please add this wording.

Rev. John Wesley McPike's death according to his Civil War documents, was Aug. 25, 1911.
