Sun Herald, The (Biloxi, MS) - December 26, 1999. Anna June Puckett, 66, died Wednesday, Dec. 22, 1999, in Gulfport. Mrs. Puckett was a native of Tupelo and had been a resident of Gulfport for over 40 years. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Gulfport and was a pianist for the church for 30 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Louie Clayton Puckett Jr.; her parents, Rufus and Lillian Earnest; and a sister, Mary Chambers. Survivors include a son, Tim Puckett; a daughter, Anne Conway, both of Gulfport; and a brother, Robert Earnest of Tupelo. Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. Monday at Riemann Funeral Home, 25th Ave., Gulfport.
