Bill was preceded in death by his parents, brother Jerry Mead and sister Esther Mack, and is survived by his beloved companion Elaine Powell; brothers Wayne (Shirley) Mead and Joe (Diane) Mead; son Michael Mead; daughter Kathryn (Dave) Gentry; daughter Brenda Lee (Todd) Connelly; son David (Heather) Mead; and eight grandchildren.
