Geraline grew up in Elmendorf, Texas. She married Lonnie Massey on Oct. 30, 1942. They had two sons, Lonnie & Ricky.
She was widowed in 1956 when her husband had a massive heart attack at the young age of 31.

She married Gus Geffert on July 1, 1960. They settled down in Point Comfort Texas. In 1962 they were blessed with the birth of a girl. (Gee-Gee)

Known as "Dodie" to her friends and family was a stay at home mom except at Christmas. She would then work at Cole's Dept. Store. (I assume for extra money).

She and my father both loved the outdoors. We grew up camping and fishing all the time. We always had family around us - aunt's, uncles, cousins. We would have fishing weekends all the time. They all loved playing Dominoes. Mom and dad could dance up a storm.

Unfortunately - A long life was not meant to be. The lord called her home in May of 1972. She had a brain aneurysm.
