Death certificate states father as being Henry Barber of NY and mother being Mary Rice, also of NY. The same certificate lists birth date as 6 Dec 1852 in contradiction to the gravestone. Both items are positively confirmed to be representative of the same person.

Husband of Carrie Adell Fenner b, Oct 1858 in Alabama Twp., Genesee County, New York d, 22 Jan 1937 in Portland, Oregon. Married 5 Nov 1885 Pembroke, Genesee County, New York. There is some question as to whether or not the Carrie Barber, buried in Portland, OR is the correct one.
