B. J. Kessinger, 62, Dies at Work
B. James Kessinger, aged 62, of 1035 Dayton, manager of the refrigeration department of the Meadow Gold company, died unexpectedly while at work Tuesday.
Mr. Kessinger was born March 20, 1889, in Sugar Grove, Ky., and came to Wichita 35 years ago from Decatur, Ill. He was a member of the Presbyterian church.
Surviving are his wife, Gladis; two daughters, Mrs. Dorothy Roberts, 1510 Bluffview, and Mrs. Delores Loucks, 1322 North Estelle; two sons, Gerald Kessinger, 535 North Custer, and Sherman Kessinger, 305 North Fern; two sisters, Mrs. Anna Walters, 1832 Heiserman, and Mrs. Pearl Seymoure, San Antonio, Tex.; two brothers, Bernie Kessinger, Kansas City, Mo., and Browder Kessinger, 1719 Jeanette; and 14 grandchildren.
Funeral arrangements will be announced by the Byrd-Snodgrass funeral home.
