Minnie C. Stull was the daughter of Jerome K. Stull and his 2nd wife, Lydia Ann Clayson, of Coreyville, McKean County, PA. She had one brother from this marriage, Charles W. Stull, and half siblings from Jerome K. Stull's first wife Anna Marie Kent.

Minnie married Charles Franklin Jackson on March 30, 1885. They had four children: Worley, Ferman, Camilla Mae (Married Sylvester G. Chappell), and Lillian D. Jackson (Married Claude Pendleton).

Minnie and Charles were living with their daughter Lillian in Gary, Indiana when Charles died in 1925; she then went to live with her son, Ferman, in Penns Grove, NJ.

Her great-grandfather was Revolutionary War Captain Jacob Stull.
