Funeral services were conducted yesterday in Huntington for Robert E. Bumgarner, 49, of Tampa, Fla. He was a former Huntington and Montgomery resident who made his home in Norfolk before going to Tampa some years ago.
Burial was in Ridgelawn Cemetery with Masonic rites by Cabell lodge 152, AF&AM.
Mr. Bumgarner died early this week in Tampa of a heart attack. He was a former Marshall College and West Virginia University student.
Surviving are the widow, Marion Metheny, formerly of Charleston; a son, Bobby; his mother, Mrs. J. L. of Huntington, and three brothers.
