Frank C. Rousseau, 70, Merritt Island, Fla., formerly of this area, died April 13, 1992, at a hospital in Rockledge, Fla.

Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. today at Brevard Memorial Park Cemetery, Sharpes, FL. The family requests no flowers and suggests contributions to the Brevard Hospice in Rockledge or to the American Cancer Society.

Mr. Rousseau was born in Atlantic, Iowa, and lived in Kansas City before moving to Merritt Island in 1978. He was a machinist at the Ford Claycomo assembly plant for 18 years before he retired. Earlier he served in the Naval Reserves. He was a Navy veteran of World War II.

Survivors include his wife, Doris Rousseau of the home; a stepson, Richard LeVaugh, Merritt Island; a sister, Geraldine Patterson, Kansas City; and a granddaughter.
