She was born in Saint Maries, Idaho, and lived in Whitman County most of her life, making her home in Colfax and at Almotas before locating in the Mockonema neighborhood. She was a member of Rebel Flat Grange and the Mockonema Community Club.
Among her survivors are her mother, Mrs. Ella Cornelius of Colfax; the widower; six sons, Howard and De Lance Sarver of Spokane; Harold Sarver of Seattle; Harold Sarver of Seattle; Lawrence, Paul, and Stanley Sarver of Colfax; and a daughter, Mrs. Taft Hergrt of Endicott.
