Harvey Montgomery was first married to Ruby Pearl Gibson in 1917, and they were found on the 1920 census, living at North Platte, Nebraska with their children. Each was remarried. In 1940 Harvey and Marie lived at Torrington, Wyoming with their children. Marie died in 1940. From Ruby's obituary comes the information that the couple remarried at Torrington, Wyoming, in 1943.
