Beloved husband of Mae Stell Bast, dear father of Edward and Bernard Bast of Detroit, Mich, Fred, Alfred, and Vincent Bast, all of Manitowoc, Wis; brother of Dr. M. L. Bast of Manitowoc, further survived by 13 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services Tues. Jan 20, at 10am from the funeral home of Frank A. Zwaska & Sons, corner N. 24th and West Center Sts, to St. Catherine's Church at 10:30am. Interment Holy Cross. In state Monday after 3pm. Life member of the Wisconsin State Dental Society and American Dental Association. Vigil for Holy Name Society at St. Catherine's Church, Monday at 8:15pm.
