Note: She was married and Divorced twice, her death certificate has her name as Mary Rush Smith, her daughter, Rudy, was the informant and had A B Rush as Mary's divorced husband, I'm not sure what her second husband's name was.
Mary was a daughter of John Holloway Clegg and Martha Cook. Married to Abraham Broadwater Rush and they had two daughters, Rudy (married to Ralph Ernst) and Lucille (married last name Janicki), and three sons Raymond, Chester O. and a stillborn son (7 Sept 1921, buried in Willow View Cemetery in Dayton)
