Marietta - Funeral services for Frank Jimmie Johnson will be at 2 p. m. Tuesday at the First Baptist Church with Rev. Max Clark officiating. Interment will be at Lakeview Cemetery.
Born April 5, 1916, at Greenville, Johnson died Dec. 25, 1993 at a Love County hospital.
Born to Jimmie and Hattie Sockey Johnson, he married Lavene B. Brokeshoulder on Oct. 19, 1938, in Madill. A lifelong Marietta resident, Johnson was a farmer and construction worker most of his life, and was an active memeber of McAlester Baptist Church.
He is survived by four sons, Calvin of Garland, Texas, Ronald of Marietta, Billy of Ardmore and Kenneth of Durant; three daughters, Shirley Thompson and Barbara Williams of Marietta, and Rita Scott of Ada; 13 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Bearers will be Lee Daniels, Ben Willis, Wade Moore, Randy McKinney, Bill Carlyle and Bobby Montgomery.
He was preceded in death by his wife, in 1991, and a son, Jimmie in 1988.
Craddock Funeral Home is in charge of services.
