Los Angeles, Aug. 28.--(A.P.)--A boyish search for adventure in the artificial jungle of Luna Park zoo brought death to 12-year-old Alfred Hill.
Climbing a fence about the jungle, Alfred was pounced upon by a tiger that ripped his scalp and arm with sharp claws.
The injuries, at first though to be minor, proved fatal during the night.
Hill's screams brought Melvin Koontz, lion keeper, who killed the tiger with a single rifle shot.
