Mary A. Menear of Waynesburg RD 2, was pronounced dead on arrival at the Greene County Memorial Hospital from multiple injuries suffering in a head-on collision. Miss Menear was born April 20, 1932, in Cumberland Township, a daughter of the late William D. Menear and Iva Lane Menear, who survives. She had spent her entire life in Greene County andd had been employed as a housekeeper. She was a Protestant. Surviving, in addition to her mother, are two brothers, James E. Menear of Bobtown, and William J. Menear at home; and two sisters, Wilma C. Menear at home and Violet B. Menear, also at home. Several nieces and nephews also survive. A brother, Orva, and six sisters, Pauline, Dorothy, Dolores, Betty, Virginia and Bertha are deceased. Funeral arrangements are in charge of the Paul Lesako Funeral Home, Carmichaels.
