Eddie Lester Hutchins, 75, 3508 Poly Drice, died late Wednesday in a Billings hospital where he had been a patient one day.

Funeral services will be 1:30 pm Saturday in Smith's Chapel with the Rev. W. G. McIntyre, pastor of Wesleyan Methodist Church officiating.

Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens.

Mr. Hutchins was born in Hayarden,Iowa Oct. 31, 1891, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Edward O. Hutchins. He moved with his parents to Beach, N.D.

He homesteaded near Wibaux in 1911 and married Hazel Snyder July 19, 1911 in Wibaux.

They moved to Billins in 1920 where he worked for the Billings Street Department.

Mr. Hutchins was a life member of the Billings Eagles Lodge.

Survivors include his widow; a son, Dwight of Wellsburg, W. Va.; six daughters, Mrs. J. W. Clapper of Albuquerque, Mrs. Ray Shelton of Harlowton, Mrs. Warren Hoppel of Laurel, Mrs. Lewis McBride of Kalispell, Mrs. Clyde Montee of 1240 Ave. E., Mrs. Logan Dubeau of 438 Beverly Hills Blvd.; two sisters, Mrs. Blanch Payne of Okanogan, Wash, and Mrs. Harold Weber of Anchorage; 21 grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren.
