Blanche C. Cullen, 91, of Lancaster, formerly of Philadelphia, passed away on Tuesday, April 16, 2013 at Willow Valley Arbor View. Born in Philadelphia she was the daughter of the late Michael and Katherine (Grymanowski) Fesnak. She was the wife of the late Stanley Russell who passed away in 1969.

Prior to marrying, she was employed at Sear's and Roebuck in Philadelphia. Eighteen years ago, she moved to Lancaster and chose the Willow Valley community where she enjoyed visiting the shops at Park City, dining with her family at Olive Garden and experiencing her new surroundings and making new friends.

She is survived by a daughter, Diane B. D'Amico, wife of Domenic, of Bryn Mar, PA, 2 stepsons, Thomas and Warren Cullen and a host of loving nieces, nephews and extended family. She was preceded in death by her second husband, Warren Cullen, a sister, Estella Gender, brother-in-law, George Gender and brother, Frank Fesnak.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10AM on Monday, April 22, 2013 from St. Mary's Catholic Church, 119 S. Prince St, Lancaster, PA 17603 with Rev. Leo Goodman as Celebrant. Family and friends will be received from 9-10AM at the church on Monday. Interment in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Cheltenham, PA at 2PM on Monday.
