Kim Ellen McAlister was born Aug. 28, 1959, in Austin, the daughter of Phyllis McAlister and the late Herbert McAlister.
She attended Lincoln Elementary School, Ellis Junior High School, and Austin High School. Kim was baptized Dec. 6, 1959, at the First Methodist Church, Austin.
Kim died April 28, 1978 with her finace' Todd Frisbie

Surviving are her mother; two brothers, Bill McAlister stationed in the navy in San Diego, Calif., Jack McAlister, Austin; two sisters, Kris and Kathy McAlister, Austin; aunts; uncles; cousins.

Funeral services were held at 1:30 p.m., April 30, 1978, at Mayer Funeral Home, Rev. Joe Matt officiating. Interment was in Oakwood Cemetery. Mrs. Richard Schindler was organist and Gerald Wakefield, soloist. Pallbearers were Lynn McAlister, Charles Tubbs, William Kenny, Thomas Kenny, Roger Dixon.
