Mrs. Nancy Rimmer Hill, 77, formerly of Ottumwa, died Sunday in the home of her sister, Mrs. George Thomas, in Omaha.
She was born April 15, 1878, in Southport, Lancashire, England, and came to the United States and Ottumwa at the age of three with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Rimmer. She was married to Eli E. Hill, who preceded her in death.
In 1914 she moved to Rapid City, S.D., where her husband organized and operated the Rapid City Packing Co. He conducted this business for about 15 years, after which they moved to Omaha where he operated the D.and L. Tourist Camp until his death in 1937.
She is survived by one son, Lawrence Hill of Cheyenne, Wyo.; five sisters, Mrs. Mary Wright of Lancashire, England, Mrs. George Thomas of Omaha, Mrs. P.D. Queeney of Rapid City, Mrs. Roy Yingling of Ottumwa, and mrs. C.O. Hults of Hedrick; and two brothers, John T. Rimmer of Omaha and William Rimmer of Ottumwa.
The body will arrive in Ottumwa this evening and be taken to the Jay Funeral Home. The funeral will be Wednesday. Burial will be in Memorial Lawn Cemetery.

Funeral services for Mrs. Nancy R. Hill, 77, a former Ottumwan who died Sunday in Omaha, will be held Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. in the Jay Funeral Home. The Rev. Donald H. Gill, pastor of the First Christian Church, will be in charge. Burial will be in Memorial Lawn Cemetery.
