Mrs. Berta Eunice Paschall Mansfield, 89, of Washington, died April 16, 2013 in Washington Manor. A native of Metasville, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late Samuel Horace and Berta Thornton Paschall and the widow of Clifford Hester Mansfield. She was also preceded in death by eight siblings. Mrs. Mansfield was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church, Washington.

Graveside services will be Saturday, April 20th at 11:00am in Resthaven Cemetery with Rev. Kevin Madden and Rev. Sid Hopkins officiating. Nephews and Benji McAvoy and Thomas Charping will serve as pallbearers.

Survivors include son and daughter in law, Clifford Gary and Dean Moon Mansfield, of Washington; grandson and his wife, Clifford Lawrence and Mary Mansfield, of Peachtree Corners; two great granddaughters, Hannah and Emily Mansfield, of Peachtree Corners; one sister, Reba Paschall Clay, of Winston-Salem, N.C. and numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Gideons International.
