Born in Ashland, she was the daughter of the late William and Elizabeth (Powell) Price, and was a graduate of Ashland High School.
She had been employed as a nursing assistant at Somerset Medical Center, Somerville, N.J., was a member of South Bound Brook Reformed Church, South Bound Brook, N.J., and a 40-year member of the Somerville American Legion Post No. 12.
Preceding her in death, in addition to her parents, were her husband, Joseph Ahrensfield, August 1995; brothers, John and Edward Price; and a sister, Elizabeth Neiswinter.
Surviving are a daughter, Carole Duckworth, Benson, Ariz.; a brother, William Price, Ashland; a sister, Catherine Skocik, Fountain Springs; two granddaughters, one grandson, one great-grandson, nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. from the Richard W. Fritz Funeral Home, Ashland.
Interment will take place in Christ Church Cemetery, Fountain Springs.
Friends may call at the Richard W. Fritz Funeral Home, 1323 Centre St., Ashland, on Monday from 6 to 8 p.m.
