He was born in Muncie, graduated from Muncie Central High School, and later attended Ball State University.
Mr. Barlow was emmployed for more than 25 years with the Norfolk and Western Railroad prior to his retirement in 1971. He also was a self-employed contractor in the Muncie area for more than 36 years. He was a member of the Carman Union of Norfolk and Western.
Surviving are his wife, Martha Littell Barlow;
Services will be held at Meeks Mortuary at 9 a.m. Friday. Entombment will follow in Elm Ridge Mausoleum. Friends may call at the mortuary from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday or prior to the service Friday.
