Graveside services for Gordon L. Woolley will be at 11 a.m. Thursday in Hueston Cemetery, Forest, by Pastor Denny Livingston officiating.
Friends may call 4-7 p.m. Wednesday at Clark Shields Funeral Home, Forest.
He died at 12:55 a.m. Monday, April 15, 2013 at Kenton Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
He was born Dec. 14, 1937 in Hardin County to William Lee and Della Lou (Musgrave) Woolley.
Surviving are a brother, William R. (Nola) Woolley of Dunkirk; seven nieces and four nephews; and caregivers Laurie Lawrence and Deb Joliff.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother Everett Woolley, and sisters Evelyn McKee and Donna McCloud Shinn.
He attended Forest United Methodist Church. He worked for the former United Aircraft as a laborer for 39 years.
After retirement he enjoyed mowing grass for Forest area residents. He also enjoyed trap shooting, bowling and spending time at Hardin County Council on Aging.
He was a member of the Lions Club in Forest and a past member of Forest Fire Department.
