Mr. Lee was a member of the Ossian Lions Club, Mizpah Shrine, past member of the Scottish Rite and a 50-year member of the Masonic Lodge.
He was born in Fort Wayne Jan. 1, 1906 to Henry L. and Louisa Treu Lee. His wife, Kathryn D. Henline Lee, died on Oct. 20, 1997.
Surviving are a daughter, Carol Ann Winans of Fort Wayne; a sister, Sylvia Hoeval of Fort Wayne; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Elzey & Haggard Home for Funerals, 6810 Old Trail Rd., Fort Wayne, and burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens in Fort Wayne.
Visitation hours at the funeral home will be Wednesday from 2 to 8 p.m.
