Nancy Jane Hart, 89, of R.D. 2 Waynesburg, formerly of Hewitt Avenue, Carmichaels, died at 10:20 p.m. Sunday, January 11, 1981, at her residence. She was born Feburyary 17, 1891 at Cumberland Township, the daughter of Charles and Caroline Durr Barnhart. She married Lloyd Hart who died in 1948. She was a lifelong resident of Carmichaels and a member of the First United Methodist Church. She is survived by her daughter, Mrs. Franklin (Bessie) Hart of Carmichaels; 3 grandchildren: Lloyd Hart, Mrs. Charles (Ann) Simmons of Mont Clair, California and Mrs. James (Jane) Clovis of Carmichaels; six great-grandchildren; four brothers and four sisters. One great-grandchild preceded her in death. She was the last surviving member of her family. Friends will be received at the Paul Lesako Funeral Home in Carmichaels from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday. Services will be held at the funeral home at 2 p.m on Wednesday with Rev. Bernard Shuey officiating. Burial will be in the Glades Cemetery.
