Mrs. Moore, who was born in Itawamba County, died July 6, 1968 at Tupelo Medical Center following a three-year illness. She was the widow of the late William G. Moore, who died in 1956. She was a member of Friendship Methodist Church.
Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Lula Mae Davis of Plantersville; one son, S. B. Moore of Tupelo; one sister, Mrs. Emma Dozier of Dorsey; one brother, William Bennett of Dorsey; six grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
