Lyle A. Ingalls, 86, of Abbeville, died April 22, 2022, at his home. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Abbeville. He retired from the United States Navy in 1973. He then had a career with the Computer Science Department at the University of Mississippi.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, April 27, 2022, at Abbeville Cemetery. Bro. Randy Bain will officiate. Coleman Funeral Home of Oxford is in charge of arrangements.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Rosie Ingalls, two sisters, Lilly Alida Young & Beatrice Rose Ferreira, three brothers, Chuck Ingalls, Walter Ingalls & Lawrence Ingalls and his mother Bessie Ingalls and father Lyle Claude Ingalls.
