SUMMERSVILLE - Virgil W. McCutcheon, 90, of Summersville died March 6, 1997, in Summersville Memorial Hospital after a long illness.
He was a retired miner and a member of UMW.
Surviving: sons, Winford, Vernon, and William, all of Summersville, Sherrell of Nettie daughters, Evelyn Groves of Canvas, Dorothy Turnes of Nitro, Carolyn Sue Witte of Bland, Mo. brothers, Wallie of Canvas, Gary of Hominy Falls sisters, Blendine Kessler of Summersville, Myrtle Rader of Hominy Falls 21 grandchildren 14 great-grandchildren.
Service will be 2 p.m. Monday at White Funeral Home, Summersville, with the Rev. Harolds Duskey officiating. Burial will be in West Virginia Memorial Gardens, Calvin. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
