Alice Mae NEAL was born the daughter of Louis Ryle NEAL Esquire and Emma D. BAKER. She was born in or near Parma, in New Madrid County, Missouri.

On 19 June, 1913 in Parma, New Madrid, Missouri she married one William Alexander TINKER son of Phillip Walter Parks TINKER Jr. and Rosetta Rosie POPE-TINKER.

William and Alice had three children born to their union:

Violet TINKER who also married a NEAL but it was spelled NIEL.
Claude Lee TINKER
Eugene TINKER

William and Alice divorced when Eugene was a baby and he remarried. On 10 December 1925 Alice then married her second husband: David KINNEY, I have not found any children born as a result of their marriage. However, the 1930 Census lists all three of William and Alice`s children going by the last name of KINNEY as opposed to TINKER. I do not know if they were legally adopted by Mr. KINNEY or were just using his name at that time.

They resided in Flint, Genessee, Michigan. I do not have Alice`s exact place of burial but just as soon as I do, I will update this memorial accordingly.
