Transfer Man a Resident of the
City Thirty-Three Years.
Charles M. Way, 48 years old, in the storage and transfer business here twenty-three years, died last night at the General hospital. Mr. Way had lived here thirty-three years. He was vice-president of the Greater Kansas City Moving and Transfer association.
He leaves his widow, Mrs. Bessie M. Way of the home, 3961 Central street; four sons, Charles M. Way, jr., Myron Way, Melvin Way and Robert Lee Way, all of the home; three daughters, Miss Virginia Way of the home; Mrs. Rex Funk, Windsor, Mo., and Mrs. M. W. McCown, Los Angeles; his mother, Mrs. Mary Way, 3921 Central street; two brothers, Engle Way, Grandview, Mo., and John Way, Portland, Ore., and two sisters, Miss Marguerite Way, 3921 Central street, and Miss Iva Way, Archie, Mo.
Funeral service will be held at 2 o’clock Friday at the Hyde Park Christian church, Main street and Westport road.
