Cripps, Nashville; daughters, Gaynel Duncan, Dickson, Mrs. Gwendolyn Walker, Chicago; son, Joe Cripps, Lebanon, Clyde Cripps, Hendersonville; sisters, Mrs. Louise Walker, Mrs Annie Lou Skipper, both of Nashville; brother, James Bailey, Nashville; one grandchild. Remains are at the Chapel of Pettus-Owen & Wood Funeral Home, 4506 Charlotte Ave., where service will be conducted 11 A.M. Monday by Bro. Jimmy Dorris.. Nephews will serve as pallbearers. Interment Spring Hill Cemetery. Published in The Nashville Tennessean, Saturday, 20 Apr 1985.
