A funeral will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Davidson Funeral Home Chapel by the Rev. Terry Coates. Burial will follow at Forest Hill Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends from 10 to 11 a.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
Mrs. Rumley was born in Davidson County on May 29, 1930, to Alfred Napoleon Sink Sr. and Claudie Lopp Sink. She worked at McClellan's Dime Store and retired from Dixie Furniture and was a member of Spruce Street Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy "Bill" Rumley; brothers A.N. Sink Jr. and Paul J. Sink; sister Elizabeth Sink; and nephew Franklin Sink
Surviving are sister Louise Driggers of Palaski, Fla.; nephew and nieces Ken Sink, Lorene Sink, Carolyn Berrier and Mildred Smith, all of Lexington; sister-in-law Rebecca Sink of Lexington; and several great-nieces and nephews.
