Wanda L. Beasley, 76, of rural Lexington died at 10:45 a.m., Sunday, Dec. 18, 1983 at the home of her son, John Adreon, 42 Louis Drive, Grandview Estates Mobile Home Court, Bloomington.
Her funeral will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 22 at Musselman Moore Funeral Home, Lexington. Rev. Lloyd Keiber officiating. Burial will be in Lexington cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Beasley was born April 11, 1907, in Lexington, a daughter of William and Emma Wiles Farner. She married Pearl Adreon September 28, 1930 in Boone, Iowa. He died October 21, 1947. She married Frank Beasley April 25, 1962, in Lexington. He died February 18, 1970.
Surviving are two sons, Robert Adreon, R.R. 5, Bloomington, and John Adreon of the Grandview Estates address; a stepson, Vernon Adreon, Arizona; a stepdaughter, Margaret Long of California; a sister, Dorothy Charlson, Lexington; six grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, a daughter and two brothers.
She was a member of the Evangelical United Methodist Church of Lexington and the Women's Community Welfare of Lexington.
