MCKINNEY — Carlus Ray Eoff, 74, of Paris passed away Thursday, April 14, 2005, in Paris.

Graveside services are set for 10 a.m. Monday, April 18, at Pecan Grove Cemetery with J.C. Vaughan officiating.

Visitation is scheduled from 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday at Turrentine-Jackson-Murrow Funeral Home.

He was born Feb. 4, 1931, in McKinney, to John C. and Beatrice O. Eoff Jr. He married Joyce Moore on Nov. 18, 1950, in McKinney. He was employed by Texas Power & Light for 37 years and retired in 1986. He served in the U.S. Navy and was of the Baptist faith. He was a member of the American Legion, Amvets, Elks and Eagles.

He was preceded in death by his brother, John C. Eoff III; and his parents, John and Beatrice Eoff.

He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Joyce Eoff; children, Mike Eoff and wife, Dixie, of Van Alstyne and Alan Eoff and wife, Peggy, of Odessa, Mo.; grandchildren, Johnny Eoff and wife, Nicole, of Tyler, Misty Villarreal and husband, Sammy, of Duncanville and Erika and Ryan Eoff of Odessa, Mo.; and great-grandchildren, Kylie Franklin of Red Oak and Trey Sartin of Sherman.
