Doris Slepicka Suitt Durham, 90, passed away Monday, September 21, 2015 in Colt, Arkansas.

Doris was born in Manhattan, New York, on May 20, 1925, to Joseph Slepicka and Jenny Slepicka.

She is a retired Administrative Assistant for the Department of Health and FHA. She was a member of the Wynne Episcopalian Church and attended Union Avenue Baptist Church. Doris enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and great grandmother.

Survivors are her sons, Robert "Buddy" Suitt and wife Connie of Sumter, South Carolina; Gilbert Suitt and wife Faye of Mesa, Arizona; William Bill Suitt and wife Barbara of Chandler, Arizona; daughter, Elaine "Cookie" Baskins and husband Carroll of Colt, Arkansas; eight grand-children and eleven great grand-children.

She is preceded in death by her parents, first husband, Robert M. Suitt, second husband, John C. Durham; sister, Edith Werner and brother, Joseph Slepicka.

Funeral services were at Kernodle Funeral Home with burial in Cogbill Cemetery in Wynne, Arkansas.
