Wreck Victim Rites Today In Rainelle
CRAWLEY - Memorial service was to be held here today for Mrs. Rebecca Hamilton Myles of Crawley, who was killed Sunday in a head-on collision on U. S. 60 near the Witcher Creek road intersection.
The driver of the other vehicle, Garth D. Tucker. Was treated and released at Charleston General Hospital.
Mrs. Myles, 70, was a retired teacher, who had taught in Greenbrier and Fayette Counties.
Surviving: son, John Lynn Myles, Jr. of Charmco; daughters, Mrs. Molly Bundy of New Albany, Ind., Mrs. Linda Willette Gates of Oberlin, Ohio; sisters, Mrs. William Stewart of New York, Mrs. Glena Weber and Mrs. Barbara Saunderman, of Marietta, Ohio, Mrs. John Lynch of Virginia, Mrs. Walter Ashton of California, Mrs. Lloyd Olinger and Mrs. Hazel Frazier of Columbus, Ohio; brothers, Ellis Crawford of Deerfield beach, Fla., Lewis Crawford of Crawly, Jim Crawford of Marion, Ohio, and Jeems Crawford of North Carolina.
The body was cremated. Memorial service was to be held in Smathers Funeral Home, Rainelle, with the Rev. Robert Yoder officiating.
