Interment will be in the Columbia Cemetery, 315 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY. The family request visitation after 4:30pmCT/5:30pmET, on Monday, April 8, 2013, at Stotts-Phelps- McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg Street, Columbia, KY.

Mr. Keltner was preceded in death by his wife, Lou Mariah VanArsdale Keltner on July 5, 2011 and by one brother: George Winfrey Keltner.

One son: Greg Keltner and wife Annette of Glensfork, KY
Two grandchildren: Laramie Pelston and Jared Brock
Four great grandchildren: Timothy Brock, Katie Brock, Brandon Brock, and Greyson Pelston
