Funeral service will be Tuesday, April 9, 2013 at 10amCT/11amET, at the Stotts-Phelps- McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg Street, Columbia, KY, with Bro. Bobby Withers the officiating clergy. Interment will be in the Columbia Cemetery, 315 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY. The family request visitation after 4:30pmCT/5:30pmET, on Monday, April 8, 2013, at Stotts-Phelps- McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg Street, Columbia, KY.

He was born Friday, November 22, 1935 in Milltown, KY. He was the son of the late Raymond and Virginia Skaggs Keltner. He died Saturday, April 6, 2013, in Louisville, Jefferson County, KY, at the age of 7 77 years, 4 months, and 14 days.
Mr. Keltner was preceded in death by his wife, Lou Mariah VanArsdale Keltner on July 5, 2011 and by one brother: George Winfrey Keltner.
Survived by the following:
One daughter: Sandra Brock of Milltown, KY
One son: Greg Keltner and wife Annette of Glensfork, KY
Two grandchildren: Laramie Pelston and Jared Brock
Four great grandchildren: Timothy Brock, Katie Brock, Brandon Brock, and Greyson Pelston
A special friend: James Allen Coomer of Columbia, KY
