Mrs. Morlan, who died Saturday, was born in Sedan, Kan., and had lived in Spokane for more than 60 years. She was a homemaker.
Her husband, Garvin Morlan, died in 1995. Survivors include two sons, David and Dusty Morlan, both of Spokane; four daughters, LaVina Michels, Lois O'Brien, Ellen Spicer and Debra Seldel, all of Spokane; two brothers, Elba Baltzell of Carlsbad, N.M., and Neil Baltzell of Hays, Kan.; two sisters, Minifee Runyan of Hays and Pauline Hilton of Wichita, Kan.; 20 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
